With over 16 years of culinary and catering experience,
Anthony Jekielek first started off as a chef then
went off to build a successful family run Michigan
catering company form the ground up. He spent
the last eight years running this company for
his employers’ before he decided to venture
off to run his own Michigan based catering company.
His vision of creating a state of the art Michigan
catering and banquet facility has finally come
true with ownership of Vintage House Banquets
and Catering as of September 2007.
Anthony is not alone in this venture as culinary
talent runs deep within the family. Sister, Shannon
Jekielek followed in his footsteps as a graduate
from the Culinary Program at Macomb Community
College where she was brought onto the culinary
competition team where she competed in the 2004
Culinary Olympics in Germany where she took silver
medal. She is now the executive Chef for the Michigan
catering company, Vintage House Banquets and Catering.
This would accompany Anthony’s accomplishment
of taking third place in the world for national
cooking competition during high school hosted
by Johnson and Wales University where his recipe
used in the competition was published in a cookbook.
New ownership has taken its vision of offering

to life by renovating the indoor and outdoor of
the old Vintage House (formally known as) to what
is presently known as the Vintage House Banquets
and Catering. This new Michigan catering facility
